Haggis and black pudding faggot, rich onion gravy
Deep fried Thai fishcakes with chilli sauce
Beef Carpaccio, Parmesan shortbread, horseradish

Starter Plate
Smoked Bibury trout and horseradish mousse, smoked salmon and pickled cucumber
Terrine of braised ham hock and foie gras, dry cured bacon and red onion marmalade
Ravioli of king prawns, ginger and coriander, saffron and garlic cream

Vegetarian Starter
Grilled aubergine, courgettes and piquillo pepper terrine, tomato jelly and gazpacho dressing
